delta sucks ass

Why is it that every time I decide to try a Delta flight it gets delayed or some other stupid bullshit? The morons at Delta send me itineraries, not more than 30 minutes before the flight, telling me that the flight is on time. What the fuck? Isn’t the reason for the email to let me know in real time if something is wrong? Customer service anyone? I wish JetBlue or Virgin would buy Delta.
